“Truly Grateful I want to start by saying how welcoming and helpful the team was throughout the entire process. From the beginning, the application was quick and easy, and Brandon was there every step of the way, making everything smooth and stress-free. After moving into my apartment, I was initially very excited. However, I did run into a serious issue with a German roach infestation. It was significant enough that I had to stay at my girlfriend’s apartment for about a week while trying to figure out what to do. One night, I returned to find roaches in every room, and I knew I couldn’t continue living there under those conditions. I reached out to Julie, and she responded immediately. By the very next day, she had arranged a transfer to a new unit. She also helped with credits and truly went above and beyond to make things right. I’ve now been in my new unit for two weeks, and I’m happy to say it’s completely roach-free. Brandon and Julie both stepped up when I needed help the most, and they genuinely cared about resolving the situation. I’m beyond grateful for their support and professionalism.
